坡度传感器的设计与研究

摘    要:本文向读者介绍一种新型的坡度传感器。作者根据在农机试验中往往需对拖拉机及农机具的作业坡度进行测量的要求,研制了一种基于动力学及电阻应变理论,结构简单、安装测量方便的坡度传感器。用之可以测量机具工作时的横向或纵向坡度。这种传感器其测量坡度上限为30°,下限为1°,非线性误差较小,灵敏度足够。为农机具作业坡度的测量提供了一个可靠、易行的信号传感装置。

Abstract:A new type slope transducer was introduced and reported in this treatise. According to the requirement that the operation slope of the tractors and other agriculture machineries usuall need to be measured during the tests of the agriculture machines, the slope transducer was developed on the basis of the dynamics and the principle of the electric resistance strain. It is simple in its structure, large measuring range, high sensitive and less of its nonlinear errors. It can be used for measuring the crosswise and lengthwise slopes in the course of the agriculture machines operation, so as to provide a reliable and easy operated signal of the translation unit on the aspect of the slope measurements of the agriculture machines operation.
