河北省审定小麦品种农艺性状与品质性状的聚类分析

摘    要:对69份河北省审定小麦品种的4个农艺性状和5个品质性状进行聚类分析。结果表明:69个小麦品种聚为3大类,其中第Ⅰ类包括的16个品种性状相对较好,植株较矮,穗粒数较多,千粒重较低,容重和粗蛋白含量较高,湿面筋含量较低,沉降值较高和面团稳定时间最长。

Abstract:Cluster analysis of 69 wheat approved varieties in Hebei Province was carried based on four agronomic characters and five quality characters. The result indicated that 69 wheat varieties were divided into three groups. The group I included 16 wheat varieties with relatively better agronomic characters, lower plant height, higher grain number per spike, lower 1 000-grain weight, higher bulk density and crude protein content, lower wet gluten content, higher sedimentation value and the longest dough stability time.
