抗生素替代品对泰和乌骨鸡小肠α-淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性的影响

摘    要:为提高泰和乌骨鸡和鸡药用价值、滋补作用及生产性能 ,研究了益生素、寡果糖、糖萜素和中草药制剂等抗生素替代品对泰和乌骨鸡十二指肠内容物中a -淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶的活性影响。结果表明 ,① 5周龄时 ,与对照组相比 ,a -淀粉酶活性 :寡果糖组和糖萜素组均呈显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,益生素组和中草药组有一定程度的提高 ,但无显著差异 ;胰蛋白酶活性 :有显著提高 (P <0 0 5 )的是益生素组、寡果糖组和糖萜素组 ,中草药组有提高的趋势 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。② 10周龄时 ,a -淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性呈显著提高 (P <0 0 5 )的有寡果糖组、糖萜素组和中草药组 ,益生素组比对照组有提高的趋势但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。

Abstract:The experiment were conducted to determine the effects of substitutes for antibiotic supplementing individually to basal diets on α-amylase and trypsin activities in duodenal contents of Taihe silky fowls at the age of 5 and 10 weeks. The results showed as following: ① At the age of 5 weeks, compared with control group, FOS and saccharicterpenin significantly increased α-amylase activity(P<0.05), but there were no significant effects of probiotic or herbs on α-amylase activity, in the case of trypsin activity, probiotic and saccharicterpenin significantly improved it (P<0.05), whereas FOS or herbs has no significant effect on it. ② At the age of 10 weeks, with regard to the α-amylase and trypsin activities, FOS, saccharicterpenin and herbs significantly improved it respectively, and probiotic tended to increase it,whereas probiotic had no signficant effect on it.
