摘    要:通过用系统选育对9个野生黑木耳菌株进行筛选,通过初筛、复筛,菌株AU5—23号具有所有目标性状,暂定名旗黑1号。旗黑1号菌丝洁白浓密,菌落边缘整齐、均匀,气生菌丝发达呈绒毛状。子实体单片簇生,商品性状好,抗绿霉等杂菌能力强。2年的区域试验和生产试验表明,每100千克干料鲜耳平均产量为78.7kg,比对照品种延特5号平均增产5.9%。

Abstract:AU5 - 23 was obtained from 9 wild strains of Auricularia auricula through a series of selections, which named Qihei 1. Its hypha body was white and growing strongly. The colony edge was straight, and the aerial hypha was villous. The fruit body was deep black and monolithic clusters were with good commercial properties. It had stronger resistance to green mold. The yield of fresh fruit body was 78.7 kg per 100 kg dry basis, which was 5.9% higher than the contrast strain Yante 5.
