摘    要:[目的]初步探讨紫外辐射增强与农田生态系统温室气体排放之间的关系。[方法]以豫豆19为材料,通过室外盆栽试验研究地表UV-B辐射增强20%对土壤-大豆系统温室气体排放的影响及其影响机理。[结果]在大豆营养生长期,UV-B辐射增强对土壤-大豆系统CO2和N2O的排放影响不显著;在大豆生殖生长期,UV-B辐射增强显著降低了土壤-大豆系统N2O和CO2的排放,降低了该系统的呼吸速率。UV-B辐射增强主要通过影响大豆的光合作用及N代谢过程影响土壤-大豆系统的温室气体排放,如降低大豆叶片叶绿素含量、改变其硝酸还原酶活性及硝态氮含量等。[结论]UV-B辐射增强对土壤-大豆系统温室气体排放和植物生长及其氮代谢过程等均有一定影响。
