摘    要:花色素广泛分布于高等植物中,它赋予各种花朵、水果和蔬菜五彩缤纷颜色,还具有重要的生理功能。主要对近年来关于花色素分离、提取及纯化作一综述。

Abstract:anthocyanidin widely distributed in higher plant,it is endowed with all kinds of flowers,fruits and vegetables colorful color,also has an important physiological function.This paper focuses on the anthocyanidin in recent years about the separation and extraction and purification are reviewed in this paper.
