摘    要:为探索大青杨秋季自然降温下的低温适应机制,分别于9月8日、9月21日、10月6日3个时期对大青杨叶片总蛋白质进行提取,经双向电泳及质谱鉴定,成功鉴定45个差异表达蛋白,其中40个蛋白表达量上调2倍以上,5个蛋白表达量下调2倍以上.功能分类表明,22个蛋白与胁迫响应相关,12个与呼吸作用相关,9个与光合作用相关,5个参与...
