矮壮素对一年两收巨峰葡萄新梢生长的影响

【目的】研究矮壮素对巨峰葡萄新梢生长的影响,为巨峰葡萄一年两收栽培提供技术指导。【方法】以6年生棚架式一年两收栽培巨峰葡萄为试材,在葡萄萌芽两周用体积比为300倍的矮壮素进行喷施1次和两次处理,以清水作为对照,分析矮壮素及其不同喷施次数对巨峰葡萄旺枝新梢长度、2cm以上新梢节数、第6节新梢粗度以及第6、8、10节节间距的影响。【结果】喷施矮壮素3周后,显著地抑制了巨峰葡萄新梢生长,到第4周时与对照相比抑制作用达到极显著水平;喷施矮壮素能显著抑制巨峰葡萄新梢节数的增加,但对第6节新梢粗度影响不明显;矮壮素对巨峰葡萄第6、8节节间距没有明显影响,但对第10节节间生长的抑制作用在喷施两周后达到显著水平。【结论】矮壮素能够抑制巨峰葡萄旺枝新梢的生长速度,且对新梢生长点的抑制效果显著。对长势过旺的巨峰葡萄新梢喷施矮壮素,能够抑制葡萄的营养生长,减少新梢摘心的人工成本,是优质、丰产一年两收巨峰葡萄栽培的有效措施,可在生产中推广应用。
