不同配方基质对豆角生长效应的影响

摘    要:为探究适宜豆角种植的基质原料筛选,于2020年7月份在河北省邢台市威县晟熙农业科技温室大棚中进行豆角种植试验,共研究了5中不同基质原料(白菇渣:蛭石:珍珠岩=6:3:2的A1基质;发酵料:蛭石:珍珠岩=6:3:2的A2处理;平菇渣:蛭石:珍珠岩=6:3:2的A3处理;金针菇渣:蛭石:珍珠岩=6:3:2的A4处理;麦糠:蛭石:珍珠岩=6:3:2的A5处理)下豆角出苗率与生长效果的影响。结果表明,A3处理基质的出苗率最快,可以较好满足豆角种子发芽;且A3、A5、A2均能够促进豆角植株的快速生长;因此,平菇渣、麦糠、发酵料可作为基质产品的首先原料,可为今后基质生产提供参考价值。

Effect of different matrix on the growth of soybean
Abstract:in order to explore the suitable substrate materials for bean planting, the experiment was carried out in Shengxi agricultural science and technology greenhouse in Weixian County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province in July 2020. Five different substrate materials (A1 substrate of white mushroom residue: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2; A2 treatment of fermentation material: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2; A3 treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2); A3 treatment of mushroom residue: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2 The results showed that the seedling emergence rate and growth effect of Flammulina velutipes residue: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2 A4 treatment; wheat bran: vermiculite: Perlite = 6:3:2 A5 treatment). The results showed that the emergence rate of A3 treatment substrate was the fastest, which could better meet the requirements of bean seed germination; and A3, A5, A2 could promote the rapid growth of soybean plants; therefore, Pleurotus ostreatus residue, wheat bran and fermentation materials could be used as the first raw materials of matrix products, which could provide reference value for future substrate production.
