陇南市加工型辣椒品种适应性及经济效益研究

为助推精准扶贫,给陇南市发展订单辣椒产业提供加工型辣椒适宜品种,对7个加工型辣椒品种(干湿天宇、线椒、艳红、珠子椒、美人椒、满天红、脆皮王)适应性及经济效益进行试验研究。结果表明:7个参试品种中,以艳红、线椒和脆皮王3个品种最具推广价值,在生长状况、抗病、抗旱、商品品质、产量、产值、净利润、成本利润率等方面表现较好,适宜陇南地区栽培,建议推广;其中,线椒667 m²实现产量2 190.7 kg、净利润6 582.8元,艳红实现667 m²产量1 302.9 kg、净利润5 637.4元;虽脆皮王产量不很理想,但其株型紧凑,可以适当密植以增加单位面积产量。

Study on Adaptability and Economic Benefit of Processing Pepper Cultivars in Longnan City

Abstract: In order to promote targeted poverty alleviation and provide suitable processing pepper cultivars for the development of order pepper industry in Longnan city, the adaptability and economic benefits of seven processing pepper cultivars were studied, which contained ''Ganshitianyu'' ''Xianjiao'' ''Yanhong'' ''Zhuzijiao'' ''Meirenjiao'' ''Mantianhong'' ''Cuipiwang''. The results showed that ''Yanhong'' ''Xianjiao'' and ''Cuipiwang'' were the most valuable cultivars among the seven tested cultivars, which showed good performance in growth status, disease resistance, drought resistance, commodity quality, yield, output value, net profit, cost profit rate and so on, and they were suitable for cultivation in Longnan area, so it was recommended to be popularized. Among them, ''Xianjiao'' achieved a yield of 2 190.7 kg per 667 m2, a net profit of 6 582.8 yuan per 667 m2, and ''Yanhong'' achieved a yield of 1 302.9 kg per 667 m2, a net profit of 5 637.4 yuan per 667 m2. Although the yield of ''Cuipiwang'' was not ideal, whose plant type was compact, and it could be planted closely to increase the yield per unit area.
