摘    要:[方法]宁夏某牛场的安格斯犊牛发生了较为严重的腹泻症状,死亡率高达28%.经过对死亡病牛剖检,6头进行病理观察,采样病变心脏、肺、肝组织及肠系膜淋巴结,送至西北农林科技大学动物医学院疫病检测实验室进行分离、鉴定及药敏试验.[结果]结果表明,此次安格斯犊牛腹泻病症特殊,除腹泻症状外,在用药治疗后腹泻症状减轻,但随后出现神...

Abstract:Angus calves from a farm in Ningxia have developed severe diarrhea. The mortality rate is as high as 28%. After pathological observation on 6 dead cattle samples were taken from the diseased heart, lung, liver and mesenteric lymph nodes. Isolation, identification and drug susceptibility test were carried out in the disease detection laboratory of Animal Medicine College of Northwest A&F University. The results of the symptoms of diarrhea in Angus calves were special. In addition to the symptoms of diarrhea, the symptoms were relieved after treatment with medication, followed by neurological symptoms, mainly dyspraxia and confusion, followed by death. Pathogenic bacteria tested in laboratory. Diarrhea caused by Shigella bacteria. The sensitive drugs in different tissues were found to be different by drug sensitivity test. Mycin has widely effect of killing the bacteria. Based on the above results and the metabolic and pathogenic characteristics of Shigella, the specific plan of prevention and treatment of this disease provide guidance advice for actual production.
