关于提高甘肃县域经济竞争力的思考

通过分析提高县域经济竞争力的必要性,针对甘肃县域经济竞争力的制约因素,借鉴百强县——江阴市发展县域经济的经验,提出了打造区位品牌、开发人力资源、发展民营经济等可行性措施。既可促进县域经济协调发展, 又能改善县域环境,为提高甘肃省县域经济竞争力提供借鉴。

Enhancing the county area economic competitiveness of Gansu province

The county area economy is a major part in the district economy. Developing county area e conomy is important for promoting co-ordinated economic development of Gansu. Thus, enhancing the county area economic competitiveness is becoming the chief issue in developing Gansu's county area economy. This article analyzed the necessity of enhancing the county area economy,countered the restriction factors of Gansu's county area economic competitiveness,drawed lessons from Jiangyin county for reference of developing county area economy, and then put forward several feasible measures, modeling regional brand,exploiting human resources,expanding private economy and so on. In addition, it is necessary to advance co-ordinated development of county area economy and improve the county environment.
