激光诱变选育的菜用大青豆的选育报告

摘    要:AG0菜用大青豆(简称AG0)采用有性杂交和激光红宝石辐照交替进行,选育出的蛋白质、脂肪含量高的菜用大青豆新品种。具早熟、适应性广、抗逆性强、耐迟播、产量高和效益好等特性。全生育期110d,80~85d采摘青毛豆荚,单产鲜毛豆荚1.05万kg/hm2以上,老豆单产2317kg/hm2左右。经测试蛋白质含量48.32%、脂肪含量21.36%。

Abstract:A new eatable and green soybean variety AC 10 with high content of protein and fat was obtained by using alternatively the methods of hybridization and laser treatment.The AC 10 had the characteristics as follows:early maturity,wider adaptability,high resistance to disease and high yield.Its total growing period was 110 days.The soybean as fresh vegetable could be picked off when it grew for 80 ̄85 days,and its yield was above 700kg.The yield of mature soybean was about 160kg.The content of protein and fat of AC 10 reached to 48 32% and 21 36% respectively.
