欧洲千里光营养器官的解剖结构观察

摘    要:目的]观察欧洲千里光营养器官的解剖结构。方法]采用石蜡切片技术,在光学显微镜下观察欧洲千里光营养器官根、茎、叶的解剖结构。结果]在显微镜下,欧洲千里光的根加粗生长,为次生结构,从外到内依次为:周皮、韧皮部、维管形成层、木质部、维管射线,木质部发达,无食用和药用价值;茎为初生结构,有明显的棱状凸起,从外到内依次为:表皮、皮层、维管束、髓,髓位于茎的中心,全部由薄壁细胞组成,髓射线从茎中心至皮层,可知欧洲千里光嫩茎具有食用和药用价值;叶为两面叶,由上、下表皮和叶肉组成,在叶肉中有羽状网脉,具有药用价值。结论]该研究为欧洲千里光的鉴别提供了理论依据。

Observation on Anatomical Structure of Vegetative Organs from Senecio vulgaris
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to observe the anatomical structure of vegetative organs from Senecio vulgaris.Method] The anatomical structures of vegetative organs of root,stem and leaf from S.vulgaris were observed under the optics microscope by applying paraffin section technique.Result] Under the microscope,the root of S.vulgaris had thickening growth,belonging to secondary structure,and its structure from the outer to inner was periderm,phloem,vascular cambium,xylem and vascular ray,its xylem was developed without edible and medicinal value.The stem had primary structure and obvious prismatic salient,and its structure from the outer to inner was cuticle,cortex,vascular bundle and marrow.The marrow located in the center of stem and it was composed of parenchyma cells.The medullary ray was from the center of stem to cortex,which showed that the tender stem of S.vulgaris had edible and medicinal value.The leaf was two-sided and was composed of upper epidermis,lower epidermis and mesophyll.There had feathery stockwork in the mesophyll.The leaf had medicinal value.Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for the identification of S.vulgaris.
