| Abstract: | The plan for construction of urban forestry ecosphere in Changsha City has been approved for implementation by the people's government of Changsha City.This paper has analysed the favorable and unfavorable factors of the construction,put forward some ideas and countermeasurs for accelerating the construction process. |
