| 摘 要： | 用我国第一处黑杨基因库初选出的20个黑杨新无性系建立试验林,经6a对其造林成活率、树高和胸径生长量、主要形质性状、适应性和抗病虫能力的考察,基本掌握它们的遗传变异状况,为杨树遗传改良的早期选择提供了科学依据;运用综合指数选择法,为该区域选出了80-I-11、w-46、80-I-6、I-925等4个优良无性系.

Studies on Introduction and Selection of Fresh Clone of Populus |

| Abstract: | An institutional forests which comprises twenty fresh clone of black poplar selected early from the first gene pool of China were established.By six year investigation into survival rate of forestation,growth,primary form quality and character,adaptability and ability to insect resistance and disease resistance,their status of heredity and variance have been primarily mastered,which provides scientific foundation for early selection of heredity improved of poplar.By synthetical index selecting,four fine clone have been selected:80 I 11、w 46、80 I 6、I 925,and so on. |
