中国茶多酚类文献研究

摘    要:从全国七千多种期刊中搜集到茶多酚类的专题文献960篇.统计结果表明:13年来这类文献数量呈台阶式上升趋势,年平均递增率15%;共有第一署名作者544人,署名机构585个;有333种期刊载有茶多酚类文献,以医学、农业、食品、化工化学类期刊为主;文献的主要专业结构为:医卫类478篇,食品饲料类159篇,农业类122篇.文章还对茶多酚类文献的发展规律,作者、机构及载文期刊的构成和分布规律,文献所涉及专业及其主题等进行了统计和讨论.

Study on the literatures of tea polyphenols in China
Abstract:Literatures of tea polyphenols (TP) amounts to 960 articles were collected from more than 7000 kinds of periodicals in China. The statistical calculation results showed that the amounts of TP literatures were increased continuously by 15% of average annual increasing rate in the last 13 years. There were 544 authors (first author) and 585 signed institutions in these TP literatures. 333 kinds of periodicals published TP literatures, which belong to the main journal groups of medical science, agriculture, foodstuff, chemical science, etc. The main specialty composition of these literatures was as follows: medical and hygienical sciences (478 articles), foodstuff and feedstuff sciences (159 articles), agricultural science (122 articles) and others. The statistic analysis and discussion on the following aspects were also carried out in the paper: developing law of TP literatures, the composition and distribution of authors, institutions and periodicals, the composition and distribution of specialties and themes of TP literatures.
