摘    要:采用二次通用旋转组合回归设计方法,对赤霉酸发酵培养基中玉米淀粉、花生饼粉和黄豆饼粉的最优化组合进行了定量研究。建立了赤霉酸产量形成的培养基反应模式,利用回归模式对培养基的最优化组合和各种单因子要素产量的反应规律及其互作效应进行了探讨。

Abstract:he influence of corn starch,peanut meal and soybean cakemeal on GA_3 fermentation were studied using the method of an orthogonal,rotational and combinatorial design of quadratic regression. A quardratic regression model of Gibberellic acid yield on the doses of three factors was established.The model's highly significant and well fit. It suggested that the response of Gibberellic acid vield to the corn starch, peanut meal and soybean cakemeal amout is also of the quardratic cure type. By reducing the dimension and resolving the atodel,the resposes of the Gib-berellic acid yield to each single material and the interaction effects between the two of three fac-tors were investigated.
