板栗丰产栽培技术研究进展

摘    要:板栗(Castanea mollissima Blume)是原产我国的重要木本粮食果树之一,在我国具有悠久的栽培利用历史,分布广泛。其果实营养丰富,味道鲜美、甘甜可口,含5.7%~10.7%的蛋白质,2%~4%的脂肪及A,B_1,B_2,C等多种维生素和钙、磷、钾等多种矿物质,淀粉含量高达51%~60%,既可生食、糖炒和供食,又可制罐头、糕点等。板栗在国内外具有广阔的市场,每年我国向日本及东南亚各国出口板栗10万t以上。

Abstract:The key problems in production of Chinese chestnut are analyzed in the paper. The advances in the rasearch on new cultivation techniques for improving yield by means of adopting the improved varieties,training and pruning, dwarft and close planting, raising productivity of the fruit and reducing the male flowers and increasing the female are discussed.
