| 摘 要： | 运用HACCP原理,通过对当前烟叶生产过程的危害因素分析,确定了烟叶生产的主要危险源和各关键控制点,并提出了相应的解决措施。为保障烟叶产品质量安全,实现烟叶生产过程危害的有效控制,提供理论参考。

Application of HACCP Principle in Tobacco Leaf Production |

| Abstract: | The HACCP ( Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ) principle was used to analysis hazards in tobacco leaf production. The major hazard sources and critical control points were preliminary determined by means of hazards analysis , and corresponding measures were put forward to provide the theoretical references for the tobacco leaf quality safety and effective control of hazard in tobacco leaf production. |
