隆朋复合氟哌利多麻醉对犬循环、呼吸系统影响的研究

试验主要检验隆朋复合氟哌利多麻醉对犬的循环和呼吸系统的影响情况,并探讨其安全性,从而为该合剂在临床中的应用和推广提供一定的理论依据。隆朋按6mg·kg-1体重、氟哌利多按0.4mg·kg-1颈部肌肉注射麻醉,对麻醉前后犬的循环、呼吸系统进行监测。结果表明,隆朋复合麻醉合剂对犬的循环、呼吸系统有轻微的抑制作用;隆朋复合氟哌利多可以安全地应用于兽医临床犬的麻醉。

Influence of Rompun and Droperidoi combination anaesthetic on the circulatory and respiratory systems of dogs

To test effects of Rompun and Droperidol combination anaesthetic on the circulatory and re-spiratory systems of dogs, and to investigate it’s safety, so that to lay a theoretical foundation for the clinical promotion and application of the combination anaesthetic, 6 dogs were injected in musculi colli with Rompun 6 mg·kg-1 and Droperidol 0.4 mg·kg-1. Monitered the circulatory and respiratory functions of dogs by the Detax critical care monitor and the Detax respiratory monitor. The results showed that Rompun combination anaesthetic had slight depressant effect on the circulatory and respiratory functions of dogs. Rompun and Droperidol combination an- aesthetic can be safely applied to dog anesthesia.
