鄱阳湖乌鳢不同组织EST和LDH同工酶的研究

采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对鄱阳湖乌鳢脾脏、肌肉、心脏、肝脏和肾脏5种组织中的酯酶(EST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,乌鳢EST同工酶共检测到10条酶带,9种同工酶在肝脏中均有表达,在心脏中只检测到5种同工酶;LDH同工酶共检测到6条酶带,有5种同工酶在心脏表达,而在肝脏中只表达1种且色带较浅。可见乌鳢2种同工酶的分布具有明显的组织特异性。

Studies on the EST and LDH Isozymes in Different Tissues of Ophicephalus argus in Poyang Lake

It was investigated that the isozyme spectra of esterase(EST)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in five organs including spleen,muscle,heart,liver and kidney in ophicephalus argus from Poyang lake by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were 9 EST bands found in the five tissues,this 9 EST bands were all found in liver,but there were only 5 EST bands found in heart;there were 6 LDH bands found in the five tissues,five LDH bands were found in heart,while only one band were found in liver and the staining was very shallow.It was obvious that isozymic expression in Ophicephalus argus of Poyang Lake has tissue-specificity.
