摘    要:根据辽宁省葫芦岛市配电网的特点,选择了集中智能与分布智能相结合的馈线自动化系统模式,并以该市某变电所为例分析了10kV架空线路上应用后台控制与就地控制相结合的实施方案,最终有效的实现了配电线路故障的定位、自动隔离故障、恢复非故障区域供电等功能。

Abstract:According to the features of distribution network of Huludao City, we selected feeder automation mode which combines concentrating aptitude and distributing aptitude. With the combination of background control and local control, the implement of this system in 10 kV overhand lines which is basic for substations of this city was analysed. The accident fix-position of distribution network, automatic accident isolation and current supply recovery in non-fail areas were achieved.
