摘    要:基于多槽锅的运动学分析及茶叶的运动轨迹分析,选用三因素三水平表,通过正交试验得出影响理条机理条效果的传动参数,依次为曲柄转速、曲柄长度和多槽锅偏心距,并且得到最佳参数的配合数据.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the multi-hollowware kinematics and trajectory of tea,an orthogonal array of three factors and three levels was selected to carry out the experiment.The graduations of structure parameters which affected carding effect were achieved after the experiment,which were brace rotate speed,brace length,eccentricity distance of multi-hollowware.The experiment also gained the optimal parameters.
