摘    要:本研究采用戊糖比色法和Folin -酚法分别测定了丁香花芽中核酸 (DNA、RNA)、蛋白质含量 结果表明 ,在花芽生长旺盛时期 ,代谢旺盛 ,蛋白质、核酸含量增加 ,而在花芽生长初期和末期 ,消耗增多 ,蛋白质、核酸含量降低

Abstract:content of nucleic acids(DNA RNA)and protein of Syringa oblata is determined by pentose colourimetry and folinphenol respectively.Content of nucleic acids and protein is direct ratio to color shades,which is used to determine their contents.The contents increase when lilac floral buds grow vigorously,and reduce during the initial and last stades of floral buds growth when their metabolism is lowered.
