南方春大豆品种秋播条件下的综合评价及聚类分析

摘    要:通过测定17个南方春大豆品种在莆田地区秋播下的生物学性状,变异分析结果表明,17个春大豆品种底荚高度变异系数最大;相关性分析表明,春大豆秋播条件下,单株粒重与单株粒数呈显著正相关;主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分的总方差遗传累积贡献率达84.43%,基本上反映了所有性状的变异信息;系统聚类分析表明,17份品种主要可分为有籽粒大、中、小,且产量高、中、低交叉等7大类型。

Synthetic Evaluation and Cluster Analysis of South Spring Soybean Varieties Sowed in Autumn

Abstract:Tested the main biological characters of 17 south spring soybean varieties sowed in autumn in Putian region. The results showed that the variance coefficient of height of pod was the largest. The corre-lation analysis indicated that seed weight per plant positive significant correlation with number of seeds per plant when south spring soybean sowed in autumn;Principal components analysis showed that the first four principal components variance accumulation contribution rate amounted to 84.43%,which basically re-flected the variance information as listed of all characteristics above. Cluster analysis showed that 17 south spring soybean could be divided into 7 types which included big、medium and little seed,and high、medium and low yield,and so on.
