| 摘 要： | 在国家大力推广农业合作社和家庭农场经营的大环境下，专业化的运行成为烟草行业的发展方向。目前各地合作社的运营模式不同，效果不同。该文以威宁县朝阳烤烟专业合作社为例，剖析了运营的优势和不足，提出了发展方向，为烟草行业专业化合作社发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Under the environment of promotion agricultural cooperatives and family farm management,special-ization operation of the tobacco industry is the direction of development.Different mode of operation made the effect of different in present cooperative.This paper takes Chaoyang tobacco professional cooperatives of Weining County as an example,analyzes the operational advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the developing direction. To provide reference for the professional cooperatives in the tobacco industry. |
