杉木不同无性系组培苗生根技术研究

摘    要:以福建省洋口国有林场选育的3个杉木优良无性系“洋6421#”、“洋062#”和“洋243#”为材料,研究其组培苗瓶内瓶外生根技术。结果显示:杉木3个优良无性系组培苗的最佳瓶内生根培养基为:1/4改良MS+IBA(0.3mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)+蔗糖(2%),接种30d后生根率都可达91%以上;瓶外扦插生根需要的最佳激素及其浓度为0.3mg/L的IBA,扦插45d后生根率都可达89.7%以上。

Abstract:In this thesis,3 clones(“Yang6421#”、“Yang 062#”and“Yang 243#”) of Chinese fir from the Fujian Yangkou State-owned Forest Farm were used to the rooting technology research. We found that the best nutrient medium to the rooting of“Yang6421#”、“Yang 062#”and“Yang 243#”was 1/4MS+IBA (0.3mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)+sucrose(2%),the rooting rate can reach 91% after 30 days inoculated. IBA (0.3mg/L)was best to promote the cottage rooting rate,after 45 days the cottage rooting rate can reach 89%.
