| 摘 要： | 该文在对巢湖流域周边养殖场的分布、规模、经营现状等调研的基础上，找出造成畜牧养殖污染的主要原因。参照发达国家养殖环境管理政策和经验，结合巢湖流域实际污染现状，运用环境规划、环境政策等基本环境管理工具，从多个方面提出了改善该流域畜牧养殖污染的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | This article mainly aims to find out the dominant reasons of the animal husbandry pollution of Chao Lake based on the surveys and researches related to the scales, distributions and management condi-tions of surrounding farms. Furthermore, in order to make suggestions towards the improvement of pollution management of Chao Lake, advanced experience from developed countries of managing animal husbandry in-dustry is taken into consideration, combined with theories concerned with environment management tools, in-cluding environmental planning and policies. |
