摘    要:为寻找在番茄离体培养中替代ZT的激素,本试验比较了6-BA不同质量浓度组合对‘中蔬五号’、‘中蔬六号’和‘黄色圣依’番茄愈伤组织的诱导及分化作用。结果表明:6-BA在1.0~3.0 mg/L范围内均可诱导愈伤组织的形成,以6-BA 3.0 mg/L最佳。番茄品种‘中蔬六号’出愈率及不定芽诱导率较高,其不定芽诱导率为76%以上。适时降低分化培养中基6-BA的浓度(0.5 mg/L),有利于愈伤组织正常不定芽的形成。

Abstract:In order to search for the optimal hormone which alternate ZT in tomato cultured in vitro,the effects of media with different 6-BA concentrations on tomato varieties('zhongshu5','zhongahu6' and 'huangseshengyi')callus inducing,shoot differentiation were compared in the experiment.The results showed that callus could be induced in the media with 6-BA concentrations from 1.0 mg/L to 3.0 mg/L.The best medium was MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 3.0 mg/L,in which callus grew fast and many embryo callas were produced.the b...
