| 摘 要： | 马铃薯脱毒后生理指标明显改善:（1）具有较强的光合效率,各生育期叶面积指数较高,叶绿素含量增加,净光合速率明显提高;（2）硝酸还原酶活性明显增加,非蛋白氮含量下降,总N含量提高;（3）光合物质的形成与积累增多,块根淀粉磷酸化酶活性明显增强,净同化率提高,生产产量增加;（4）SOD、POD活性增强,MDA含量下降,衰老减缓。

| Abstract: | Yield-increasing of the virus-free seedings of potato was extremely, and some of their physiological indicators were improved in the following aspects. (1) Leaf area indices, chlorophyll content, and net photosynthetic rate at growth stages increased remarkably, which proved that photosynthetic efficiency was high. (2) Nitrate activity, and total nitrogen content increased remarkably, which proved that nitrogen metabolism was promoted. (3) Formation and accumulation of photosynthates, strach phosphorylase activity in tuber, and net assimulation rate were increased remarkably, which resulted in more biomass. (4) actitivies of POD and SOD of plant leaves were increased, and MDA content decreased. |
