摘    要:草地是畜牧业生产的物质基础,也是重要的陆地生态系统。西藏日喀则地区努力缓和牧区草畜矛盾,提高畜牧业抵御自然灾害的能力,将草场建设和管理与深化和完善畜牧业经济改革结合起来,配套成龙,使畜牧业生产走上了健康和稳步发展的道路,取得了较好的经济效益。从草地的保护建设和畜牧业发展2个方面进行了简要阐述,在分析存在问题的基础上,提出了应对措施及对策。

Abstract:The grassland is the material base of animal husbandry production, and it is also a major terrestrial system. In order to alleviate grassland and animal contradictions in pasturing areas of Rikaze area in Tibet and improve the resistance to natural disaster in animal husbandry, grassland construction and management was combined with deepening and perfecting the economic reform of animal husbandry,so as to make animal husbandry production a healthy and steady development and obtain better economic benefits. The grassland protection and construction, the development of animal husbandry were briefly discussed. Based on analyzing the existing problems, some measures and countermeasures were put forward.
