| Abstract: | Based on the scientific research selection,its following management,intermediate test and running mechanism of scientific talents,countermeasures are discussed to solve this problem that activation capacity of scientific and technologic achievements in colleges is low and their superiority is not clear. This aims at promoting the activation of scientific and technologic achievements in colleges. |
