摘    要:选用甘蔗桂糖11号和新台糖20号,设灌溉和不灌溉两种处理,在大田进行试验。结果表明,经灌溉处理的桂糖11号的后生导管、韧皮部面积、新台糖20号的韧皮部面积均分别比不灌溉条件下桂糖11号的后生导管、韧皮部面积、新台糖20号韧皮面积明显增大,有利于镁元素的吸收;但在不灌溉条件下两个品种维管束密度明显增加,促进对硅元素的吸收,而减少对镁的吸收。对维管束面积没影响。

Abstract:Under field experimental conditions, two treatments of irrigation and non-irrigation were set for two sugarcane cultivars GT11 and ROC20, respectively. The main results were as follows: the irrigation treatment could enlarge markedly the areas of epigenetic vessels and the areas of phloem in the leaves of GT11 and ROC20 in comparison with that of the non-irrigation treatment. In the case of non-irrigation, the density of vascular bundle of the two varieties had a obvious increment, simultaneity the absorbability to silicon for two varieties and the absorbability to zinc of ROC20 were promoted while the absorbability to magnesium for two varieties in the leaves was decreased, but no effect on the areas of vascular bundle.
