| Abstract: | Strawberry latent ringspot virus was detected in the oriental lily hybrid  Stargazer grown in Israel from bulbs imported from Europe. Virus infection was associated with asymmetrical opening of flowers. Virus identification was based on electron microscopy, host range and serology. |
