摘    要:利用权变理论的基本思想和方法具体分析了乡镇企业发展当中企业文化构建时机的选择问题.其目的在于,为乡镇企业文化的导入时机问题提出一个定性的结论,并引出一些定量分析该问题的初步探讨.

Abstract:Cultural introduction opportunity of township enterprise was analyzed by the basic thoughts and methods of contingency theory.Qualitative conclusion for introduction opportunity of township enterprise culture was put forward.And some quantitative analysis of this problem was also preliminary discussed in this paper.
