摘    要:用不同质量浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、KMnO4、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)5种外源物质浸渍贴梗海棠插条基部,进行生根研究。结果表明:不同质量浓度的外源物质都能促进插条生根,其中NAA 100 mg/L、IAA 200 mg/L、IBA 300 mg/L、6-BA 50 mg/L和KMnO41 000 mg/L处理效果较好。在供试的5种外源物质中,以NAA、IAA和KMnO4三种外源物质处理贴梗海棠诱导生根效果较佳。

Abstract:Different concentrations of five exogenous substances such as IAA,NAA,KMnO4,IBA and 6-BA were used to dip the basal stem of Chaenomeles speciosa cutting.The results showed that all the treatments of exogenous materials could promote rooting of cuttings and the treatments of 100 mg/L NAA,200 mg/L IAA,300 mg/L IBA,50 mg/L 6-BA and 1000 mg/L KMnO4 had better effectiveness.And NAA,IAA and KMnO4 were better for cutting rooting of Chaenomeles speciosa.
