| 摘 要： | 以弧菌为宿主菌,从南美白对虾养殖池水中分离纯化到一株蛭弧菌,根据噬菌蛭弧菌hit基因序列设计引物并进行PCR扩增,得到了近710bp的扩增产物,经测序比对鉴定,该产物与噬菌蛭弧菌的hit基因100%同源,表明该菌为噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)。

| Abstract: | A strain of Bdellovibrio was isolated and purified from water of shrimp pond using the vibrio as host.Specific primes designed according to the sequence of hit gene from Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus were used to carry out PCR amplification,and an 800bp fragment was obtained,it showed 100% identity with hit gene of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus,which proved that the strain isolated was Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus. |
