摘    要:适应保护地生产发展和市场对黄瓜品种特性的新要求,在研究改进抗逆性、抗病性和分子标记追踪血缘等技术的基础上,通过有性杂交,聚合抗病性、低温弱光耐受性、持续生长结果能力以及与品质相关的优良性状,选育出了多个有刺型、无刺型等不同类型的优良骨干亲本自交系和优良品种,在生产上推广应用,取得了较高社会经济效益。

Abstract:In order to accelerating the development of cucumber cultivation under protection,the techniques of evaluation of tol-erance to environment stress and controlling the genetic background,and the breeding for gathering the genes of disease resis-tance,tolerance to lower temperature and poor light as well as the ability of sustainable growth and fruit formation were studied.Till now,several spine and spineless cucumber core inbred lines and cultivars were bred and extended in cucumber production.
