Discussing on the Concept of Wheat Kernel Quality

Discussing and understanding the definition of wheat kernel quality is helpful for defining its concept,unifying its meaning,making standards of its products,improving the practice of wheat quality improvement,and promoting communication and contact among each link of wheat industry chain.According to the definition of "quality" published by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the understanding of wheat kernel quality from all industrial links and consumers were discussed.Besides,the wheat kernel quality was defined,and the content,role of wheat kernel quality in the communication among each link of industry chain was expanded.All these aspects above discussed were based on the concept,testing,analysis,application of wheat kernel quality,from the parts of the industrial chain.
