橡胶树抗寒性研究现状与展望

概述了橡胶树抗寒育种的进展情况,结合当前对橡胶树结构,发育、水分、生物膜结构、呼吸作用、物质代谢与抗寒性的关系研究,慨括了寒害胁迫对橡胶树的伤害及橡胶树抗寒性的生物学机理.通过橡胶树多项生理生化指标,可以综合有效地评价橡胶树的抗寒性.要解决橡胶树的寒害问题,最有效的方法还是要通过分离多种植物的多种抗寒基因,深入研究植物的抗寒分子机理,利用基因工程培育抗寒品种.
