抗高温高密度钻井液体系的研究

摘    要:研制新型的钻井液处理剂和性能优良的钻井液体系,是解决深井和超深井钻进过程中面临的问题的重要途径。井越深,温度越高,高温会对钻井液体系产生严重影响;钻井液密度越高,其流变性能越难以控制。选择优良降粘剂、降滤失剂、井壁稳定剂等钻井液添加剂,配制了抗高温高密度钻井液体系,初步分析了处理剂的作用机理,研制了一套抗高温(200℃)的高密度(2.2g/cm3)水基钻井液体系,全面评价其各项性能。结果表明,该水基钻井液体系性能稳定,可以满足深井钻井的要求。
