犬瘟热及细小病毒病病例细菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验

摘    要:采取细小病毒病例和有腹泻症状的犬瘟热病例的粪便30份和呼吸道型犬瘟热病例的鼻腔分泌物22份进行分离培养和药敏试验.结果表明,所有病例的粪便样品均分离到大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌,67%的粪便样品分离到沙门氏菌;所有鼻腔分泌物样品分离到葡萄球菌,78%的鼻腔分泌物样品分离到肺炎球菌.丁胺卡那霉素对粪便样品细菌的抑菌效果较好,敏感率达83%,与氯霉素的协同作用率达58%;氯霉素对呼吸道分泌物细菌的抑菌效果较好,敏感率达86%,与丁胺卡那霉素的协同作用率达63%.本次试验结果为犬瘟热和细小病毒病的临床治疗提供了依据.

Abstract:samples of faeces from dogs with distemper and 22 samples of nose excretions from dogs with respiratory symptoms were cultured for bacteria and the isolated bacteria were tested for drug sensitivity.The results show that all faece samples yielded E.coli,staphylococcus and streptococcus and 67% of faece samples yielded salmonella.100% and 78% of nose excretions yielded staphylococcus and streptococcus pneumoniae,respectively.Kanamycinum and chloromycetin performed better than other antibiotics in killing the isolated bacteria and their sensitive rates reached 83% and 86%,respectively.Chloromycetin and Kanamycinum had better functions in coordination and the coordination rate reached about 60%.
