摘    要:应用机电一体化技术,开发了基于单片机的汽车右后门包边机控制系统。该系统硬件主要包括单片机、继电器、继电器驱动芯片、光耦芯片、串口通讯芯片等。系统通过检测外部电路的开关状态对包边机进行实时控制。该控制系统具有手动与自动两种控制方式,以及运行显示、断电保护及互锁联锁等功能。

Abstract:A hemming machine control system of right rear door based on single chip microcomputer is developed in this pa-per. The mechatronics technology is applied in the system. The hardware mainly includes single chip microcomputer, relay, relay driver chip, optical coupling, serial port communication chip, etc. The system controlled the hemming machine re-al-time through the real-time detection of external circuit switch state. The control system has manual and automatic two con-trol ways, and it has the functions of run display, power-off protection and interlock.
