摘    要:阐述了一种多功能刀座的设计原理和使用方法,通过该刀座可利用数控车床的刀架进行零件的钻孔、扩铰孔和螺纹加工,实现了自动换刀及进给,从而有效地提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。

Abstract:The design principle and way to use a kind of multifunctional knife holder are stated, based on which, the cutter frame of CNC lathes can be used to realize the drilling, expanding, reaming and thread processing as well as automatic cutter replacement and feeding, thereby effectively improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
