摘    要:选择压力(P)、热压板温度(T)、单板张数(N)三个因子各3个水平,进行完全随机试验,测定每张单板的温度变化,以靠近热压板处单板与中间单板的温差△T为指标,分析双因子交互作用对预干单板温度分布的影响。结果表明:在热压干燥初始、中间、最终三个阶段,各因子以及二因子、三因子之间的交互作用均对单板的温度分布有显著影响。①初始阶段,不同热压板温度下压力越大△T越小,不同压力下单板张数越少△T越小,不同热压板温度下单板张数越少△T越小。②中间阶段,对于不同压力,热压板温度为120℃下的△T最小;不同压力下,单板张数为5时的△T最小;不同单板张数下,120℃时的△T最小;③最终阶段,不同压力下热压板温度越低△T越小;不同压力下单板张数越少△T越小;对于不同单板张数,120℃时△T最小。

Effect of Two-factor Interaction on Veneer Temperature Distribution during Hot-press Drying

Abstract:In this study, 3 levels of pressure(P), platen temperature(T), and veneers number(N)are selected for completely random tests to test the temperature change of each veneer , with the taking temperature difference△T between the veneer next to the platen and veneer in the middle as an index, the effect of two-factor interaction on temperature distribution of pre-drying veneer is analyzed, with the result showing: at initial stage, middle stage, and end stage, the interaction between all factors; two factors and three factors has a significant effect of the temperature distribution of veneer.①At the initial stage, the greater the pressure at different platen temperature is , the smaller△T is.②At the middle stage, as for pressure,△T is the smallest when the platen temperature is 120℃; under different pressure,△T is the smallest when the number of veneers is 5; in the case of different numbers of veneers,△T is the smallest at 120℃.③at the final stage, under different pressure, the lower the platen temperature is, the smaller△T is; under different pressure, the smaller the number of veneers is, the smaller△T is; in the case of different numbers of veneers,△T is the smallest at 120℃.
