摘    要:以马尾松化学浆打浆度为响应值,应用Box-Behnken Design(响应面优化)对磨浆次数、磨浆浓度和盘磨间隙3个因素进行响应面分析,确定了磨浆的最佳工艺条件为:盘磨间隙30 um、磨浆次数2次、磨浆浓度8%。在此条件下,马尾松的打浆度可以达到45.2°SR,与预测值吻合。

Technology for Response Surface Optimizing Pinus Massoniana Chemical Pulp Fibrillation

Abstract:With the pinus massoniana chemical pulp beating degree as a response value, Box-Behnken Design (BBD) is used to conduct response surface analysis of three factors,the number of pulping, pulping concentration, pulping clearance, with the optimum conditions of beating degree determined as follows:pulping clearance, 3 μm; number of pulping, 2;pulping concentration, 8%. Under this condition, the beating degree of pinus massoniana can reach 45.2°SR, matching the predicted value.
