摘    要: 应用32P研究砂培法和水培法条件下,烟草对磷素营养的吸收和分布规律。结果表明:在砂培法培养的根对磷素吸收量所占全植株的百分率随培植时间而减少,而茎则随培植时间而增加,在水培法中:在整个培植期间根茎的吸收变化不大。两种培植方法在叶中的分布情况都是:下叶>中叶>上叶。从比活度看,烟株各部分的吸收情况,根>茎>下叶>中叶>上叶,并且两种培植方法对磷的吸收量都与培植时间呈显著正相关,但水培比砂培吸收量多。

Studies of Phosphate Absorption and Distribution in Flue-cured Tobacco under Sand and Hydroponic Cultural Conditions by Using~(32)
Abstract:The phosphate absorption and distribution were studied in flue-cured tobacco under the sand and hydroponic cultural conditions by using 32P. The results showed that with the increase of cultural time under the sand cultural conditions, the percentage of phosphate absorption was reduced in roots and increased in stems. Under the hydroponic conditions, the phosphate absorption in roots and stems had no big change during the whole cultural peried. The phosphate distribution in tobacco leaves of these two cultural methods ranged from high to low were lower leaf, cutter leaf and upper leaf. The radioactivity rate results indicated that the absorption in different tobacco parts ranged from high to low was root, stem. lower leaf. cutter leaf and upper leaf. The phosphate absorption in both cultural methods was significantly correlated with the length of cultural time and the value of hydroponic culture was higher than that of sand culture.
