Introduced the basic situation and successful experience of the development of new rural social pension insurance in Donghai County,Jiangsu Province. Pointed out that less developed areas must fully considered the factors in different aspects such as developing status of local economy,supporting dynamics of public finance and bearing capacity of farmers,and found a social pension insurance road that suitable to local rural economy and social development through system innovation.
