| 摘 要： | 我国农村征地补偿存在补偿标准低、补偿范围窄、补偿分配不合理、补偿程序不完善和补偿安置方式简单等弊端,应根据我国国情并借鉴国外经验合理确定补偿标准和范围、构建合理的征地补偿利益分配机制、完善征地补偿程序及构建失地农民的安置保障机制。

| Abstract: | The compensation system including the rational compensation standard,range,benefit distribution,procedure and settlement guarantee should be established according to our condition and foreign experience in view of the low compensation standard,narrow compensation range,unreasonable compensation distribution,imperfect compensation procedure and simple compensation settlement ways in the compensation system of rural land levy in China. |
